Free Sampling Details
- Existing styles (from our catalog): free samples provided; you only cover international shipping.
- Newly developed styles (needing new artwork and color matching): a sampling fee applies, fully refunded upon bulk order confirmation.
- New customers can request 1–3 free samples for their first order.
Sampling Process
- 01 Submit Your Requirements: style drawings or reference garments, yarn specifications, size chart, colors, logo, and packaging requirements.
- 02 Quote & Confirmation: we reply with sampling costs and lead time within 2 working days.
- 03 Sample Production: approximately 7–10 working days for existing styles, 12–15 working days for new developments.
- 04 Shipping & Feedback: after samples are sent, please check weight, measurements, and color. One round of adjustments is free of charge.
What You Need to Provide
- Style drawings, technical descriptions, or a reference garment (you can send it to us).
- Desired yarn composition and weight (if unsure, we recommend based on your target market and price range).
- Size chart and color requirements (Pantone color numbers are best).
- Custom requirements for logo, hangtags, care labels, and packaging.
