Inspection Points Throughout Production
- Incoming Material Inspection: Yarn count, color deviation, strength, and appearance are sampled and checked; non-conforming yarns are not put into production.
- Knitting Process Inspection: First-piece confirmation on every flat knitting machine; regular patrols during production to check for dropped stitches, pattern misalignment, and density deviation.
- Linking Inspection: Seam strength, symmetry of neckline and cuffs, and thread trimming.
- Pressing and Setting: Checked against the approved sample for weight, dimensions, and hand feel.
- Finished Product Sampling: Sampled according to AQL standards; only qualified goods are packed for shipment.
Testing Items
- Colorfastness: to washing, rubbing, and perspiration
- Pilling and snagging tests
- Dimensional change after washing (shrinkage)
- Fiber composition and weight
- Formaldehyde content, pH value, and odor
- Appearance, dimensions, and symmetry
Certifications and Third-Party Testing
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100: Harmful substance testing on finished products, suitable for European and American markets.
- BSCI: Social responsibility audit, meeting brand compliance requirements.
- GRS: Recycled material certification for recycled polyester and recycled wool products.
- Third-party inspection reports from SGS, Intertek, etc., can be commissioned as needed.
