Two Partnership Models
- OEM Production to Your Specs: You provide the style drawings, sample garments, or tech packs. We handle yarn sourcing, knitting, linking, pressing, and packing, producing strictly to your standards.
- ODM Design & Development: Our design team creates a complete solution—from style proposals and yarn recommendations to finished garments—based on your brand positioning, target price, and selling season. You simply select the styles and add your own label.
Design & Development Process
- 01 Briefing: We learn your brand positioning, target market, price range, launch timing, and minimum order quantity.
- 02 Style Proposals: Our in-house design studio of 15 people delivers style sketches, construction notes, and yarn suggestions.
- 03 Yarn & Color: We select yarns from cashmere, merino wool, wool, alpaca, and cotton blends, and match colors to the Pantone color card.
- 04 Sampling & Approval: Computerized flat knitting machine samples are made to confirm hand feel, weight, measurements, and color.
- 05 Bulk Production: Once the approval sample passes, bulk production is completed in 25–35 days.
